The Founders
My name is James White and I have built a 30 year career in high value business development and sales. I have sold over £100m of services over my career and have since 2005 advised and taught over 5,000 business owners and professionals HOW to achieve better results through the conversations they have with their clients.
I do this through a unique skill set which is all based around Getting inside the Mind of your buyer. By understanding what they are thinking and feeling, you can make the right decision at the right time to achieve the results you desire.
Some of the largest organistions in the UK invest in my ideas, knowledge and insights to ensure their teams get the results they want. I have spent the last 7 years helping these CEO's and Business Leaders drive their teams to achieve high growth and they are thrilled with the results I deliver.
I share this, not to blow my own trumpet, but to give you the background to understand HOW my knowledge and insights get results.

I've experienced some of the darkest times.
I owed £121,456 on personal credit cards and £84,751 to HMRC and the way I felt at those times I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. I paid them all off by taking Sales action and since that time, I've vowed to ensure others never go through the same stress and pain as I did
Too many families and relationships are destroyed by the stress that comes from not having enough money which ultimately comes from not selling enough! When you become an expert in selling and take action, your opportunity to earn is endless!!
The greatest satisfaction I have in business is getting feedback to say that my advice and ideas have helped that person win a deal! I know what it has meant to them and that feeling for me is priceless

James is an avid cricket and golf fan. He is a passionate supporter of Somerset Cricket club and a keen golfer who plays off a handicap of 8.
James created the 1x10x100 challenge which runs annually and which inspires ordinary people to achieve extraordinary things

My name is Nisha Vyas-Joseph.
My passion for building businesses began straight out of university when I set up a food trailer selling vegetarian meals to city workers in London. Two years later, at the age of 25, I opened one of the first Indian vegetarian restaurants in Soho.
Since then, I have accumulated 15+ years experience selling into the banking & finance, education and fashion industries, leading global sales teams turning over £10m+ a year. I've also built two businesses in the B2B events sector.
I’ll be the first to share stories of the mistakes I've made in business with the aim to help others on their journey.
When I'm not building relationships with small business owners and helping them grow their sales teams, you’ll find me running after my girls.

I've owned 3 businesses and 1 is still standing. I know how heartbreaking and stressful it is when you have to close your doors or cut back and lay off staff.
I started my career in b2b sales after closing my restaurant in my 30s. A complete career change! I know how difficult and lonely it is to be the new salesperson on the block. I want to support every new salesperson out there who has fire in their belly and the humility to want to learn and grow.
As an entrepreneur and mum to twin girls I want to be the best role model I can be for my daughters and inspire every woman out there who wants to succeed but lacks confidence.

Fun Facts About Nisha
Nisha worked at British Airways during her placement year at university. She visited 10 countries in 6 months including New York via Concorde and Tokyo for the weekend.
At the age of 43 during her IVF journey, Drs told her there’s only a 0.01% chance of her embryo splitting and having twins. She smashed that statistic!
